My name is Arran I’ve been in the building trade for 20 years. AD Property Maintenance is a family business and pride myself on high quality work, reliability and a flexible approach to suit the customers needs.
Qualifications
Over 20 years in the building trade with NVQ’s in Landscaping.building work and also have a qualification in site management and plan work.

Great experience with AD property maintenance, from coming round and giving us a quote for our garage roof to finishing the work, Arran was super efficient and did a top job.
